HOW TO ORDER

How to add products to cart?

  • After selecting the variation and quantity of item(s) you want to purchase, click on add to cart, which will lead you to the checkout process.
  • Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • (If you haven’t created an account yet) Please fill in your details which includes your ‘Billing Address’ and ‘Delivery Address’. Make sure to fill in sections with a red star* (Necessary information for completing the order). You can choose to create your account on this page if you would like your information to be saved next time you checkout.

How do I make payment?

  • Once you have filled in the information, click on continue to pay and confirm your order. This will lead you to GB Prime Pay’s Payment portal.
  • You can select the method of payment (Mobile Banking, Credit Card, QR Code).
  • Fill out the necessary information and confirm your order.
  • Click on confirm payment to pay.

How do I confirm a successful order?

  • Order confirmation details will be sent to your email address (that you used to create an account or for guest checkout)

How do I check my tracking number?

  • Your tracking code will be sent to your email address after the stores send out the parcel.
  • You can also find it in your account on the website.
    • Go to “Profile” -> “Orders” -> “Tracking Information” -> “Track” (if available)

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Order was made but left Unpaid.
  • Inventory is out of stock.

Can I exchange or refund my purchase?

  • You can contact the store directly by visiting their store page for their contact information.
  • The product must be in its original condition with tags (if any).
  • Please take photos and videos of your unboxing for evidence for any claims for refunds or exchanges.
  • Defective products must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receiving the item.

Paid for order but haven’t arrived yet.

  • You can contact us by email, Support@urownapp.com.
  • We will assist you by contacting the store to see what delays or problems that have occurred, and will get back to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will I receive my parcel?

  • Around Bangkok 1-2 days, Other provinces 2-4 days,
  • Pre-order 7-30 days
  • No delivery on Saturday – Sunday
  • Items paid on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

How do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping cost is estimated with the specific courier service pricing, which can vary from weight, size and distance.
  • Please see your vendor’s shipping instructions for specific details.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • Please notify us as soon as possible at Support@urownapp.com and the store (Contact information is in their page).

Do you have international shipping?

  • As of right now we do not ship outside the Kingdom of Thailand.
  • We are working on bringing in this service as soon as possible.
