With most designs using plate bags full of MOLLE this plate carrier uses a laser-cut skeleton design with 500D Cordura fabric, keeping the weight as low as possible. The skeleton design allows the vest to sit as flat as possible on the body making it easier to conceal under outerwear. The plates are secured by velcro straps that wrap behind the back of the plate.
Keeping the modularity of this platform, with the wrap-around design, allows the use of many sizes and shapes of plate, such as SAPI Plates, Swimmer Cut Plates or Rectangular Plates. The front incorporates a velcro front panel which connects to clips which hold it in place. This allows the user to switch out panels quickly and conveniently for different mission sets.
